ASAS has years of experience in analysis and purification of butyl rubber oligomers.
The standards can be used for structure confirmation, method development, validation and quantitation as well as for in vitro tests like an AMES test. Sufficient amounts for OECD compliant AMES tests are available.
The standards are rigorously tested by an independent, GLP/GMP certified CRO (Spectral Service AG). The GMP certificate of Spectral Service AG is available here, it includes Human Medical Products and Human Investigational Medical Products, 2.2.33 Nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry.
Identity is confirmed by 1H and 13C-NMR (example C21H39Br ident). The content of each batch is determined by quan-NMR (example C21H39Br quan). Metrological traceability of quan-NMR internal standards: NIST SRM 84l (KHP) or NIST SRM 350b (BS).
The raw material is sourced from one of the world’s leading suppliers of butyl rubber. All production steps (isolation and purification) and the testing of the end product (identity and content by NMR) are carried out in Germany.
